Alvin Lin Named to Lawyers of Color's Power List 2023
We are proud to announce that Partner Alvin Lin was named to Lawyers of Color's Power List 2023, a comprehensive collection of minority leaders in the legal profession who are pushing diversity forward in the practice of law.
In Alvin’s practice, he litigates a wide variety of intellectual property disputes, including matters involving trademark, copyright, trade secrets, patents and false advertising claims. He advises clients on IP portfolio management and intellectual property transactions, including licensing and trademark co-existence arrangements and regulatory review of advertisements. He also litigates a broad range of business litigation disputes.
As chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, Alvin is dedicated to pushing diversity forward in our own community and beyond. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Pro Bono Committee.

Lawyers of Color is a nationally recognized nonprofit that works to promote diversity in the legal profession and advance democracy and equality in marginalized communities. It celebrates attorneys of color and conducts research on the intersection of the legal profession and social justice.
