GRO-WELL Brands, Inc. Acquired by Global Environment Fund
June 22, 2017 – Morrison Cohen client GRO-WELL Brands, Inc., a Phoenix-based company specializing in the production and marketing of natural and organic lawn and garden products, was acquired by Global Environment Fund (GEF), a private equity firm based outside of Washington, D.C. focused on making investments globally in the environmental services, resource efficiency, clean energy and sustainable resource management sectors.
GEF will partner with the existing management team at GRO-WELL to develop and expand the GRO-WELL business and implement several new product launches over the coming months to offer an even greater variety of products. For more information on the acquisition, click here.
