David LaGalia counsels alternative asset managers, private investment funds, family offices and corporate clients on all aspects of their business, including equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. 

Private equity and leveraged buyout funds and family offices rely on David’s counsel in connection with their formation, acquisitions and investments (including control acquisitions, minority investments, co-investments and secondaries), divestitures and other commercial matters. He also routinely advises clients on a wide range of general corporate matters, commercial contracts and related arrangements. 

David joined Morrison Cohen in 2005 and began his career at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
