Matthew Manuelian's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private investment funds and general company representation.
Matthew regularly advises companies and private investment funds in connection with corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financings. He also has extensive experience in representing private equity clients in fund formation activities and secondary transfers and in representing both lenders and borrowers in commercial lending transactions and related activities. Matthew also advises clients in connection with a wide range of other commercial transactions, including joint ventures, partnerships, and general corporate matters.
Matthew joined Morrison Cohen in 1999. He began his legal career at Chadbourne & Parke, LLP. His professional experience also includes working for over ten years in countries of the former Soviet Union, including practicing law in Moscow, serving as Director of North American Affairs at the Armenian Foreign Ministry, and directing programs of U.S. NGOs in Armenia and Kazakhstan. Matthew is fluent in Armenian and proficient in Russian.
