Morrison Cohen Named to The Fashion Law's 2025 Top U.S. Law Firms for Retail Companies List
The Fashion Law has included Morrison Cohen in its 2025 “Top U.S. Law Firms for Retail Companies,” the publication’s inaugural list of top law firms specializing in fashion law, luxury goods and consumer products.
In recognizing Morrison Cohen, The Fashion Law, a leading publication providing news on fashion, law and business, noted the launch of the firm’s Luxury Brands Practice last year and stated, “The firm’s wide array of services and active involvement in the fashion law community highlight its status as one of the top fashion law firms in the U.S.”
The Fashion Law explained that it compiled the list of top legal professionals because of the constantly evolving nature of the fashion industry. As trends and market conditions can shift rapidly, “it is important for individuals and businesses in this space to work with legal professionals that understand the industry’s nuances and can provide tailored solutions,” TFL stated.
“It is a true honor to be recognized on TFL’s list of ‘Top U.S. Law Firms for Retail Companies,’” said Partner Keith Markel, co-chair of Morrison Cohen’s Labor & Employment Practice and Luxury Brands Group. “We are proud to provide top-tier, trusted counsel to major names in apparel, accessories, beauty and consumer products. This recognition reflects our commitment to delivering strategic guidance to our clients in an ever-evolving retail landscape.”
