Meritus Gas Partners Announces Three Follow-On Acquisitions

Congratulations to our client Meritus Gas Partners, a network of independently operated distributors of industrial, specialty and medical gases and welding and safety supplies, on the successful closing of three separate add-on acquisitions by several of its operating companies.

High Precision Gas, LLC, headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, CA, acquired the assets of EcoGreen Industries, LLC, effective May 1, 2024. EcoGreen, based in Anderson, CA, is a supplier of pure and mixed hydrocarbon gases, ethanol and equipment to cannabis and hemp extractors.

OzArc Gas Equipment & Supply, Inc., based in Cape Girardeau, MO, acquired certain retail propane assets of Island Energy, Inc. located in Paragould, AR, effective May 13, 2024.

OXARC, LLC, based in Spokane, WA, acquired the assets of Gem State Welders Supply, Inc., based in Twin Falls, ID, effective June 1, 2024. Gem State is an independent distributor of industrial gases, welding and safety supplies serving the southern Idaho region.
