Morrison Cohen Represents Amplified IT in its Sale to CDW

March 22, 2021 – Morrison Cohen recently represented Amplified IT LLC, an education-focused consultancy service and leading partner with Google for Education and Google Cloud, in its sale to CDW Corporation, a Fortune 500 company and leading multi-brand provider of information technology solutions across various sectors, like education, in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Amplified IT LLC has serviced over 4,500 school districts and institutions, working with schools in 12 countries.  

The Morrison Cohen team which advised Amplified IT LLC on the transaction was led by Corporate Partners Steven M. Cooperman and Joshua Saidlower and Associate Bryan R. Joggerst.
