Morrison Cohen Represents WorkWave in its Acquisition of Slingshot Technology
May 19, 2021 - Morrison Cohen recently represented WorkWave LLC, a provider of software solutions that help field service companies, in its acquisition of SlingShot Technology, Inc., a provider of customer call center software combined with outsourced sales, lead, and customer response services. WorkWave’s acquisition of Slingshot is a natural extension of WorkWave’s recent establishment as a free-standing company within its corporate group, allowing WorkWave to extend its influence and expertise in the field service market.
The Morrison Cohen team which advised WorkWave on the transaction was led by Corporate Partner Karim N. Momin and Associates Bryan R. Joggerst and Tamara Roth.
