Meritus Acquires A-OX Welding Supply and A&B Welding Supply
Congratulations to our client Meritus Gas Partners, a network of independently operated distributors of industrial, specialty and medical gases and welding and safety supplies, which acquired A-OX Welding Supply Co. Inc. and A&B Welding Supply Co. Inc., leading companies in the industry.
With eight combined locations in North and South Dakota and Iowa, A-OX and A&B have been owned by the Elliott family since 1964 and 1959, respectively. The family will continue to lead these businesses while maintaining significant equity ownership in Meritus.
