Eos Energy Storage LLC Completes Previously Announced Business Combination in SPAC Transaction with Affiliate of B. Riley Financial, Inc.

Eos Energy Storage LLC and B. Riley Principal Merger Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) sponsored by an affiliate of B. Riley Financial, Inc., completed its previously announced business combination to become Eos Energy Enterprises Inc., a publicly-listed company trading on Nasdaq. Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. looks to accelerate and expand growth in renewable clean energy through its patented energy storage systems which are manufactured in the U.S.  

CEO Joe Mastrangelo and the Eos team were on hand to ring the Nasdaq Opening Bell ceremony on November 17, 2020, celebrating the start of trading (Nasdaq: EOSE).  

The Morrison Cohen team which advised Eos Energy Storage LLC on the transaction was led by M&A partners David P. LaGalia and Zachary Jacobs and capital markets partners Jack Levy and Anthony M.
