Congratulations to Broad Sky Partners, a sector-focused private equity firm that partners with leading middle market business services and consumer companies, in connection with its investment in Smith + Howard, an Atlanta-based tax, accounting and advisory firm that offers its services to middle-market businesses, nonprofits and high-net-worth families. The investment marks Broad Sky’s third platform investment.
Broad Sky’s investment will support Smith + Howard’s growth initiatives, including expanding its advisory services and geographic footprint as well as driving its technology services through acquisitions and strategic investments.
