Morrison Cohen Represents Broad Sky Partners in Connection with Investment in Bully Pulpit Interactive
Congratulations to Broad Sky Partners, a sector-focused private equity firm that partners with leading middle market business services and consumer companies, in connection with its investment in Bully Pulpit Interactive (BPI), a communications and public affairs agency.
BPI, which services a wide array of clients, including Fortune 100 brands, advocacy groups, philanthropies and campaigns, was named Global Public Affairs Agency of the Year by PRovoke Media for two consecutive years. It has more than 200 full-time employees across offices in Washington, D.C., Chicago, San Francisco and New York.
Broad Sky’s investment will support BPI’s growth initiatives and further development of its proprietary platforms. BPI's existing backer is Svoboda Capital Partners, which will remain an investor in the company. The agency recently named former Biden Administration speechwriter Jeff Nussbaum as a partner.
